Technology Update – Working With Artaius Online
Artaius offer a range of services to support the operation of your accounts and administrative functions. We can provide you with a fully outsourced accounts department, or we can divide the tasks between us as you need. No matter how much or how little of our services you decide you need, you will have the option to access your accounts online. This can be to enable joint working with us, access from multiple sites, or just to have the reassurance that everything is up to date and to be able to run off up to the minute reports.
Artaius use hosted software provided by Online50 (www.online50.net) to allow the use of standard Windows software from multiple locations. This means that a client’s existing accounts data can be loaded onto the online platform and be instantly available. Fees for using the service are charged monthly and you can change their usage with only one months notice.
As a fully managed service you do not need to worry about the hardware required to run your system - all infrastructure is provided. In fact some Artaius clients have found that their accounts run faster on the online platform than they do in house, thanks to the power of the servers providing the service. To access the service you only need an Internet connection and a web browser. The online service is fully secure and uses the latest equipment to ensure that the service you receive is second to none.
There are a number of software offerings including accounting packages for the SME market with more advanced accounting software for the more complex companies looking for more analytical information. There are also services available for hosted CRM solutions, secure document exchange and storage and hosted e-mail and other Microsoft products.
