Westminster Small and Minority Business Council (WSMBC) links large organisations to micro businesses based in Westminster.
WSMBC has worked with Artaius since its inception in 2006 – in fact the inspiration for WSMBC came from Councillor Ian Wilder (now sadly deceased), founder of Wilder Coe, when he witnessed Houston’s Minority Business Council and wanted to bring the same support to businesses in Westminster.
Artaius takes care of the VAT returns and quarterly management accounts, as well as helping WSMBC with its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the company secretarial side of things. WSMBC also outsources its complete back office system to Artaius, which makes running the organisation much easier.
