ASUSTek Ltd is the UK subsidiary of ASUS, a Taiwan-based multinational company that produces motherboards, graphics cards, sound cards, optical drives, computer monitors, notebook computers, networking products and mobile phones.
They are the number one producer of motherboards in the world, commanding almost a 40% market share of the motherboard business. ASUS also produces components for other manufacturers such as Apple Inc (iPod, iPod Shuffle, MacBook), Alienware, Falcon Northwest, Palm Inc and Sony Computer Entertainment (Playstation 3).
Its UK office based in Hemel Hempstead opened in 2006. The company heard about Artaius Ltd through a recommendation and have worked with them since the very beginning, with Artaius guiding them through the paperwork that comes when a foreign company needs to set up in the UK.
Artaius provide general accounting and monthly payroll for the firm, have given employment tax advice and liaise with the auditors to provide them with the necessary information to complete the annual audits.
The firm is familiar with Financial Reporting, working to short deadlines to prepare quarterly reporting packs for ASUS’s Head Office in Taiwan to enable them to consolidate UK results into the group’s accounts. Artaius are also able to provide technical advice on company law matters through Artaius Company Services Ltd.

Anna continues: “Any doubts you have, no matter how small, they will help you with it. We can always turn to them and they always come back to us with the best way for us to deal with the problem. Everything is always done correctly. They are very efficient and always get back to you quickly with the answer.”
